Muthuvel Coir

Founded in 1986, Muthuvel Coir Products is the first business venture of Muthuvel Group. Our founders, Mr. V. Karthikeyan and Mr. V. Rathinasabapathi, had a unique dream of creating an environmentally-friendly business that would provide maximum value to customers. With this vision in mind, we established our Coconut Fiber factory, marking the beginning of our journey.

Coming from humble backgrounds as sons of a Government school teacher, our founders were determined to work hard and make their ambitious plans a reality. They brought in foresighted decision-making and ethical business practices to drive the success of the Coconut Fiber factory.

With a focus on professional management practices and quality processes, we expanded our horizons beyond known boundaries. In 2006, we started producing coir pith, adding to our range of coconut-related products, while upholding our commitment to ethical business practices and customer satisfaction.
